Stephens Construction was incorporated in 2003 and is a privately owned and operated, Native American, Woman-Owned, Graduated 8a small business. In addition, Stephens is also certified with the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) as an Alabama small Disadvantaged Business (ALDBE).

Stephens Construction is a multi-disciplined construction/service company with a strong focus on civil, heavy-civil, commercial and industrial projects issued by the federal government. Recent project work items have included: roofing installation, concrete placement, road building, earthwork/sitework, fire suppression, drainage structures, bridge construction, design-bid-build culvert/bridge work, erosion control, silt fence, miscellaneous building repairs, building demolition, or alterations/renovations.
